OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES AND TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. THESE RULES CONSTITUTE A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THE PROMOTER. BY REGISTERING FOR, ACCESSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE RULES IN THEIR ENTIRETY, TOGETHER WITH THE TERMS OF SERVICE, THE PRIVACY POLICY, THE RESPONSIBLE PLAY POLICY AND ANY SUPPLEMENTARY PROMOTIONAL TERMS PUBLISHED FROM TIME TO TIME.

1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

1.1 In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions bear the following meanings: "Account" means the registered participant account established under clause 3; "Affiliate" means, in relation to any person, any other person that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with that person; "Business Day" means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday on which commercial banks are open for general business in the jurisdiction of the Promoter's principal place of business; "Eligible Jurisdiction" has the meaning given in clause 2.3; "Gold Coins" or "GC" means the promotional, non-redeemable virtual currency described in clause 4; "Heist Gold" or "HG" means the sweepstakes entry currency described in clause 5; "Playthrough Requirement" has the meaning given in clause 10; "Promoter" means the operating entity identified in clause 15.1; "Redemption" means the process described in clause 11; and "Rules" means this document as amended from time to time.

1.2 Headings are inserted for convenience only and do not affect the construction of these Rules. References to clauses are to clauses of these Rules. Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa. The words "include", "includes" and "including" are to be construed without limitation. A reference to a statute or statutory provision is a reference to it as amended, extended or re-enacted from time to time.

1.3 In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Rules and any other document published by the Promoter, these Rules shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, save where the conflicting document expressly states that it is intended to override these Rules in respect of a specified promotion.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Participation is open only to natural persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of registration, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the law of the participant's place of residence, and who are legal residents of an Eligible Jurisdiction.

2.2 Employees, officers, directors, contractors and agents of the Promoter and of its Affiliates, and the immediate family members and household members of any of the foregoing, are not eligible to participate in any sweepstakes promotion carried on the Platform.

2.3 An "Eligible Jurisdiction" means any territory not listed in Schedule A (Excluded Territories), as that Schedule may be amended by the Promoter at any time without notice. Participants are solely responsible for determining whether their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. The Promoter makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular location.

2.4 One Account per natural person, per household, per device and per payment instrument. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, treat multiple Accounts sharing any common identifying attribute as duplicate Accounts and may suspend, merge or close any or all of them and void any associated balances.

3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATION

3.1 Registration requires the submission of accurate, current and complete information. The participant warrants the accuracy of all information submitted and undertakes to keep it updated. The submission of false, misleading or incomplete information is a material breach of these Rules.

3.2 Accounts are personal to the participant and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, gifted, pledged or otherwise disposed of. Balances of Gold Coins and Heist Gold are not property, confer no proprietary right, and may not be transferred between Accounts under any circumstances.

3.3 The participant is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Account credentials and for all activity occurring under the Account, whether or not authorised.

3.4 The Promoter may at any time and without prior notice suspend, restrict, limit or terminate an Account where it reasonably suspects fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, multiple-account activity, the use of automated play, the circumvention of geographic restrictions, or any breach of these Rules.

4. GOLD COINS

4.1 Gold Coins are a promotional virtual currency provided solely for entertainment. Gold Coins have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, prizes, goods or services of any kind, and may not be exchanged for Heist Gold.

4.2 Gold Coins may be obtained without charge through periodic promotional grants, or may be purchased in bundles. The purchase of a Gold Coin bundle is a purchase of Gold Coins alone. Any Heist Gold associated with a bundle is granted separately and gratuitously under clause 5.2(f) and forms no part of the consideration paid.

4.3 All Gold Coin purchases are final. No refund, chargeback, reversal or exchange will be made save where required by applicable law.

4.4 Unused Gold Coins expire and are forfeited without compensation upon closure of the Account for any reason, or following one hundred and eighty (180) consecutive days of Account inactivity.

5. HEIST GOLD

5.1 Heist Gold is the sweepstakes entry currency. Heist Gold cannot be purchased under any circumstances and is never offered for sale.

5.2 Heist Gold may be obtained only by the following methods: (a) the daily login grant; (b) the one-time welcome grant; (c) social media giveaway promotions conducted on the Promoter's official channels; (d) time-limited bonus codes published at the Promoter's discretion; (e) the referral programme described in clause 7; (f) a gratuitous bonus grant accompanying certain Gold Coin bundles; (g) prize pools distributed through slot races, raffles and tournaments; and (h) the alternative method of entry described in clause 9.4.

5.3 Every grant of Heist Gold is subject to the Playthrough Requirement in clause 10 and is tracked separately as a distinct grant record. Grants are consumed in the order in which they were credited.

5.4 Heist Gold has no value outside the Platform, is not a deposit, is not electronic money, is not a financial instrument, and is not held on trust for the participant.

6. PROMOTIONAL GRANTS AND CODES

6.1 Bonus codes are valid only for the period stated at the time of publication and may be withdrawn, invalidated or limited in volume at any time. A code may be redeemed once per Account.

6.2 The Promoter may vary, suspend or discontinue any promotional grant at any time, including the daily login grant, without prior notice and without liability.

6.3 Where the Promoter determines that a grant was credited in error, was obtained by deception, or resulted from a technical malfunction, it may reverse the grant and any winnings derived from it.

7. REFERRAL PROGRAMME

7.1 A referral grant is credited only where the referred person registers a new and unique Account, completes identity verification, and satisfies the qualifying activity threshold published on the referral page at the time of referral.

7.2 Self-referral, incentivised referral, the purchase of referrals, and the distribution of referral links by paid advertising or by unsolicited electronic communication are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all referral grants.

8. RACES, RAFFLES AND TOURNAMENTS

8.1 Each race, raffle or tournament is governed by these Rules together with the supplementary terms displayed on the relevant promotional page, including the qualifying game list, the scoring method, the prize table and the promotional period.

8.2 Leaderboard positions displayed during a promotional period are provisional. Final positions are determined after the close of the period and after the exclusion of any entries the Promoter determines to be non-qualifying.

8.3 Prize pools are denominated in Heist Gold and are credited subject to the Playthrough Requirement.

9. METHODS OF ENTRY

9.1 Entries into any sweepstakes promotion carried on the Platform are made by the wagering of Heist Gold in a qualifying game. Each unit of Heist Gold wagered constitutes one entry into the relevant promotion.

9.2 The Promoter may designate certain games as non-qualifying, and may vary the designation of any game at any time.

9.3 Entries are void where submitted in breach of these Rules, where generated by automated means, or where the participant's Account is subject to suspension or investigation at the time the entry is made.

9.4 An alternative method of entry is available. A participant may request a credit of five (5) Heist Gold, subject to the Playthrough Requirement, by sending a request card to the Promoter at the address stated in clause 15.1. The request must be handwritten in ink by the participant personally, on an unlined index card measuring not less than three inches by five inches (3" × 5"), and must state legibly and in full: the participant's full legal name as registered on the Account; the registered Account email address; the participant's residential address including postal code; the participant's date of birth; and the words "HEIST GOLD REQUEST" in capital letters. The card must be enclosed in a hand-addressed envelope bearing sufficient first-class postage. Photocopied, printed, typewritten, mechanically reproduced, stamped, labelled or otherwise non-handwritten requests are void. One request per envelope and one envelope per outer envelope; multiple requests enclosed in a single envelope will be treated as a single request and the remainder discarded. Requests are limited to one per participant, per Account, per household and per postal address in any rolling calendar month, and the Promoter may in its discretion apply a lower limit. The Promoter is not responsible for requests that are late, lost, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, damaged, postage due, or that fail in any respect to comply with the requirements of this clause 9.4, and no acknowledgement of receipt will be given. Credits are processed in batches and may take up to thirty (30) Business Days from receipt to appear in the Account. Requests received in respect of a closed, suspended or unverified Account are void and will not be returned. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any request and to void any request it reasonably believes to have been submitted in breach of this clause.

9.5 Entries obtained under clause 9.4 rank equally with all other entries for the purposes of any sweepstakes promotion, and no purchase confers any advantage in the determination of any outcome.

10. PLAYTHROUGH REQUIREMENT

10.1 Each grant of Heist Gold carries a playthrough requirement equal to three (3) times the granted amount, unless a different multiple is stated at the time of the grant.

10.2 Heist Gold is not eligible for Redemption until the playthrough requirement attaching to the relevant grant has been satisfied in full. Partial satisfaction confers no entitlement.

10.3 Wagers placed in non-qualifying games do not contribute to the playthrough requirement. The Promoter may apply differential contribution rates by game category.

10.4 A grant that has not satisfied its playthrough requirement within ninety (90) days of the date of credit expires and is forfeited.

11. REDEMPTION

11.1 Heist Gold that has satisfied its playthrough requirement may be redeemed at a rate of one (1) Heist Gold to one United States dollar (USD 1.00), payable in the supported digital asset selected by the participant at the prevailing conversion rate at the time of processing.

11.2 Redemption is conditional upon: (a) successful completion of identity verification to the Promoter's satisfaction; (b) confirmation that the participant is located in an Eligible Jurisdiction at the time of the request; (c) the absence of any open investigation in respect of the Account; and (d) satisfaction of the minimum redemption threshold published on the Redemption page.

11.3 Requests are processed within a target of five (5) Business Days. Processing times are indicative only. The Promoter may apply additional review to any request without stating its reasons.

11.4 The participant is solely responsible for the accuracy of any wallet address supplied. Transfers to an incorrect address are irreversible and will not be reimbursed.

11.5 The participant is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any tax arising in connection with a Redemption.

12. VERIFICATION

12.1 The Promoter may at any time require documentary evidence of identity, age, address, source of funds and control of any payment instrument or wallet address, and may withhold any Redemption pending receipt of satisfactory evidence.

12.2 Failure to supply requested documentation within thirty (30) days of request may result in forfeiture of all Heist Gold held in the Account.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties, conditions and terms implied by statute or common law are excluded.

13.2 The Promoter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or opportunity, howsoever arising.

13.3 Where a game malfunctions, all consequent play and any resulting balances are void.

13.4 Nothing in these Rules limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14. AMENDMENT, GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

14.1 The Promoter may amend these Rules at any time by publishing an amended version. Continued use of the Platform following publication constitutes acceptance.

14.2 These Rules are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the Promoter's incorporation, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

14.3 Any dispute shall be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration. Class, collective and representative proceedings are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14.4 If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

15. PROMOTER AND NOTICES

15.1 The Promoter is the operating entity identified on the Contact page, at the registered address stated there. Postal correspondence, including requests under clause 9.4, must be addressed to that address, marked for the attention of the Promotions Department.

15.2 Notices to participants may be given by email to the registered Account address or by publication on the Platform, and are deemed received on the day of transmission or publication.

Schedule A (Excluded Territories), Schedule B (Qualifying Game List and Contribution Rates) and Schedule C (Supported Digital Assets and Minimum Thresholds) are published separately and form part of these Rules.
